Returns Policy of Hi Omega (Pty) Ltd

The warranty on the machines is 12 months which will cover exchange/repairs for any defects. With regards to returns, they can return the goods if they are unused and in the original packaging. Once we receive the goods and inspected them we will refund. The returns have to be within 5 days of receipt to our offices and will be processed within 5 days if we are satisfied the product hasn’t been used and the packaging tampered with (specially chemicals).
